Go to high court or supreme court to complain about it. Also contact PTA. Pakistan Telecommunication Authority

PTCL provides such a stupid service. I would like to throw the modem into a grave and not to take out anymore. If the PTCL cannot provide the best service, so then why they started this service. I hate DSL so much….!!!!!

my dsl is having very slow speed when it was new its speed was 89kb/s-91kb/s and now it is 13-17kb/s
