The real situation in the picture is that the policeman is removing the PMLQ poster after orders from I.G Police because they were regular targets of protesters as they enraged them. Also, lawyers wrote obscene slogans on many of the posters. Thats why police higher-ups ordered them removed by the police themselves. It is clearly seen in the picture that the poster in policeman's hand has a cross mark on it, this means the poster is not a new one. Also, posters inside the van clearly don't look like new. The one on the top has a visible crack on it. These posters cannot be hanged by the way the policeman is standing as it requires a ladder and thread, and the policeman with a rifle hanging on his shoulder is certainly not in a position to hang it.
