Wateen Updated WiMax Pricing
I was browsing wateen’s portal today and noticed that they have updated their WiMax Bundle Packages and Tariff Plans. These pages were previously showing “coming soon” while I wrote “Wateen Launched WiMax in Lahore”
Here are details about their Bundle Packages
Tariffs
Monthly tariffs are very reasonable and its also good that they have started to sell their CPE on installments, I am planning to switch to Wateen from PTCL DSL.

I am using internet service on monthly from November 2009. On 22 November I put card of wateen for Rs.800 but On December 3, 2009 my services has been disconnected. I am unable to understand why services has been disconnected whereas I have used only 10 days out of 30 days as per the card limit. I went to your outlet at BlueArea ISB for getting information about the independence package and was stunned to know that you are not offering any of what you have committed.
512kbs connection charges committed @ 599Rs============= at the outlet they emerged to be 850Rs.
512kbs 1st time connection charges committed @ 1000Rs============= at the outlet they emerged to be 1500Rs.
UPS committed in independence offer valid till 31 August09=============on 26th at outlet .Sorry v don’t offer UPS.
This let me very doubty about what else would i actually face after buying it.I am not buying it but this mail may help you in improving your services and fulfill what you commit.

At your Clifton Teen Talwar outlet, I was specifically told by your sales person that on 24th July, 2009 that I will be allowed 100 free minutes for local and 100 free minutes for Internatgional calls and this promotion was available and would continue until cancelled.
Now I am being debited for all calls made from my Wateen telephone No. 021 8115471 and on inquiry from your help line I was told that the promotion was until 30th June 2009 only.
I am surprised that your Teen Talwar sales office gave me wrong information. Perhaps it was smart salesmanship!

i have wateen wimax cpe with 1.00 mb connection.
its totally fraud and poor signal and always descoonection…
i replace cpe 3 times but stiil having a problem and network is so bad, and i do not recommend that wateen is good

i think wateen is providing a very resonable package except the prices of their CPE device and installmnt.i think they should provide a package of less price,bcoz no one would think to give them such a huge amount.
