My Blog Ranking removed from Google Search Index
Traffic Chart for last 7 days
Google is no doubt the most popular search engine on the planet. It was the major source of traffic for my blog and I was getting more than 70% traffic from Google but for last few days, traffic is gradually decreasing due to unknown reason.
After doing some research on internet I figured it out that Google has changed its search algorithms for the country specific TLDs (e.g, .PK, .CO.UK etc). All the country specific TLDs will not be served on google.com global search until or unless there are not enough sites (.com, .net, .org etc) for the related search string.
I am seriously thinking about to shift my site from .PK to .com and looking for a good domain name. I will make a 301 redirection to new domain soon.
I think its a new year gift for me by Google ![]()

I 100% agree with you lala, there’s nothing to do with the domain name but I think Mr. Shafiq will not change the domain name because the SERP issue is resolved now. Visit his latest post Finally Google Accepted My Reconsideration Request
His domain shafiq.pk has very good ranking in Google and pagerank is 4 which is very hard to get on new domain.
Being a true Pakistani has NOTHING to do with a domain name. Change your domain name if it gets your news out to more people. Go hand in hand with technology. If you want people to read your blog, do what the blog technology demands, its called common sense. Its got nothing to do with nationalism. If a cave man had the same thinking the person above me has, humans would have never come out this far and would still have been living in the cold caves.
I like your blog. Keep up the good work
