I was using Maxcom and very satisfied with the service. Upon recommendation of one co worker I decided to switch to Linkdotnet (which is now Mobillink). I requested on 29th May and got connection with router in 3 days. THe service was Ok. On 17th June 2010 My router starts giving problem and could not connect. I called the CS and report the problem. THe CSR told me that next working day some one will contact me. I waited for two days and called again on 19th and ask the status the CSR told me that according to thier system Someone visited my place but has not update who and why and what was the outcome of this visit. I told him that no one show up and it is totaly wrong information then He ask me for hold and after some time he comes back and said that my complain was reported to the higher management and with in 2 working days I will get this connection fixed. ON my follow up call on 21st evening some named SAAD (CSR) was on line and siad that according the system I have made a visit request and some one in 48 hours will visit my plance. I gave him all the detail but he had no answer. Finally I hangup on LINKDOTNET and put the request on MAxcom online form. I recieved a call in 5 minutes of my request and I am back on MAXCOM.. MY FINAL WORDS ARE LINKDONOTNET IS THE RIGHT NAME FOR THE COMPANY AND DO NOT TRUST ON ANY MARKETING PROMISE,,,, BE AWARE I would like to share my recent experimce with linkdotnet. If services is like that for new subscriber then God knows how it will be future for complain. There is lack communication gap between higher official and CSR.Well Iam going for letter to Editor make them pay for they had done to all of us. I had made my mind for Ptcl.
