Apple Files a Infringement Lawsuit against HTC Over IPhone Patents

Apple has filed a lawsuit against HTC in courtover 20 Iphone Patents. According to sources the lawsuit involves 20 Apple patents related to the iPhone’s user interface, underlying architecture and hardware design. In a press conference Steve said that we are not just watching our competitors to steal our valued inventions but we are determined to stop them doing so. Healthy competition is good for the public but it does not mean that you steal the patent technology of your competitors. You should create your own technology.
Apple thinks that the concept of the touchscreen Web phone invention belongs to it and it wants other cell phone makers to pay for copying the iPhone. Who will Apple sue next? Motorola? Palm?
