Google Appeals Mobile Companies For Help Over Admob Deal.
Google is contacting to mobile companies for help in getting their proposed Admob Acquisition which has cleared by the FTC. Specially they are appealing selective companies to write letters in favor of the deal, which Google will then submit to the FTC.
According to a mobile advertising company that received the request letter from Google. The company was appealed to write their thoughts on “Do you think mobile advertising is going to keep growing, and that Google’s acquisition of Admob won’t hurt your business or decrease competition in the mobile market?”
According to Bloomberg’s last week report the FTC had contacted to Admob competitors about the deal. A Google source says that they were also contacted by the FTC several months ago about the deal but till there is no response.
