Apple Files a Infringement Lawsuit against HTC Over IPhone Patents

Apple has filed a lawsuit against HTC in courtover 20 Iphone Patents. According to sources the lawsuit involves 20 Apple patents related to the iPhone’s user interface, underlying architecture and hardware design. In a press conference Steve said that we are not just watching our competitors to steal our valued inventions but we are determined to stop them doing so. Healthy competition is good for the public but it does not mean that you steal the patent technology of your competitors. You should create your own technology. (more…)

Always On service for iPhone to run in background by Loopt

SAI (Silicon Alley Insider) reported that Loopt (Location based social network) has made an agreement with AT&T to extract the iPhone user’s location information (with their explicit permission) in the background. According to the deal, they will fetch your location information whenever you have network access regardless that you are running the loopt application or not because it will run in background. My iPhone Experience

Everyone is talking and dreaming about Apple iPhone. I know some Tech savvy and widget lover are using iPhone in Pakistan although iPhone is not launched for Pakistan. They are using the unlocked versions. I am not much of a gadget lover but on Eid holidays, I got a chance to play with my cousin’s Apple iPhone. He is really mad about the latest widgets out there in the market.
